Built tough, these interlocking tiles have a rolling weight limit up to 60,000 lbs and can withstand temperatures from -22 – 248 degrees. These garage floor tiles are very easy to install and maintain and are also colorfast ensuring your floor will look great for years to come. This commercially rated garage tile is backed by a 15-year warranty and is made right here in the good ol' USA.
Note: These tiles can be damaged under the weight of a car jack. We recommend using your car jack directly on concrete.

Size – 15.75” x 15.75”
Thickness – 5/8 Inch
Weight – 1.53 Lbs. per tile
Recommended Uses – Our Vented Ecotrax Tiles are great for both commercial and residential use and have been used as flooring in garages, as workshop flooring, in hangars, as flooring in commerical trucking facilities, as repair shop flooring, as patio flooring, and much more.
Interlocking tiles are easy to maintain. Cleaning of these multiuse tiles typically includes:
  • Vacuuming or sweeping any loose crumbs, dust, or debris from the tiles when necessary.
  • Hose off or damp mop the floor tiles with a mild soap and water mixture for tough or caked on dirt and/or stains.

Garage tiles are easy to install. Installation of these floor tiles typically includes:
  • Clean your sub floor so that it is free of all dirt, dust, grease, or other foreign material.
  • When installing the hard plastic tiles, we recommend starting in the front left corner of the room and working your way out from there.
  • Make sure the female side (loops) of the tile is facing away from the wall.
  • After filling the left wall with tiles and the adjacent wall, proceed to fill the rest of the room with whole tiles.
  • When you come up to a wall or object, don’t worry. Just measure the area and cut the tiles with a tile cutter or a power saw with a fine-toothed blade and put the trimmed tiles into place.
  • When trimming the tiles into place, make sure you leave about a 3/4” space between the tiles and the wall or obstruction.
  • Once the tiles are in place, you can then snap in the edge pieces, if you purchased them.

I have a floor drain in my garage and the floor slopes slightly towards it. Will this be an issue when installing?
brandon
Our Vented Ecotrax Tiles were designed to allow water to drain through the tiles to a drain or out of the garage, so having a drain in your garage where there is a slight slope will not cause any issues when installing these garage tiles.
Will the interlocking tiles fade if used in an outdoor setting for 6 month?
Tony
Our Vented Ecotrax Tiles are UV stable, so they will be fade resistant when installed in direct sunlight.
Are these compatible with the Swisstrax RibTrax - the only difference as far as measurements go is that these will be a bit lower?
Bob
Our Vented Ecotrax Tiles can be interlocked with Swisstrax's RibTrax tiles.
Can the Vented Ecotrax Tiles withstand the weight of a Kenworth or Peterbilt tractor?
THOMAS MICHEL
Our Vented Ecotrax Tiles can withstand the weight of a Kenworth or Peterbilt Tractor. These tiles have a rolling weight of up to 60,000 lbs.
Are the squares 15.75" once installed, or does the 15.75" also include the locking, so the square is more like 15"?
Our Vented Ecotrax Tiles are 15.75" installed and not. Even though these tiles are interlocking tiles, the tabs are not included in the actual size of the tile.
Will mold form as I live in the Northeast. Snow melting and staying under the tile?
MICHAEL J COLLIGAN
Our Vented Ecotrax Tiles are mold and mildew resistant.
Does it get slick with snow on it?
Our Vented Ecotrax Tiles are vented, so any liquid that falls on the surface will fall through the vents to the subfloor below. These tiles will be less slip-resistant when wet than when dry, but they are still more slip-resistant than our standard non-vented garage tiles when wet.
Will these tiles warp in the direct sunlight like on a deck?
Helen Loomis
Our Vented Ecotrax Tiles will not warp in direct sunlight on a deck. These tiles are UV stable and are made to withstand some of the harshest conditions. These tiles are very easy to clean and maintain and are resistant to mold and mildew growth. The only thing you will notice when installed outdoors is that they will expand and contract with the heating and cooling of the day.
Are the Ecotrax Tiles UV treated?
Our Vented Ecotrax Tiles are UV treated, making them UV stable.
Can you use a floor jack or coasters on the floor?
Tony
We don't recommend using a floor jack directly on our Vented Ecotrax Tiles, as the pressure of the jack while in use can damage the tiles. If you want to use a car jack on our tiles, we recommend placing a plywood board or a steel plate under the jack to displace the amount of pressure is put on any one-tile. Chair casters can be used on this floor easily.
Are these tiles interlocking? Do I need a rubber mallet to install properly? Do I need a ceramic tile cutter or will another type cutter suffice?
Rob
Yes the tiles are interlocking and you can use a rubber mallet gently to install them. You can use a tile cutter or a power saw with a fine-toothed blade and put the trimmed tiles into place.
What is "rolling weight" and how does it differ from static weight?
Foosh
Since garage tiles are designed to be floating/interlocked together without being adhered to the subfloor beneath, it is important to understand weight limits of the tile. Rolling load or rolling weight refers to the movement of substantial weight across a floor. Static load or static weight refers to a substantial amount of stationary weight stored on a floor. These weights are typically listed in quantity measurement Per Square Inch, example: 60,000 lbs PSI. If these weight limits are exceeded, this can cause serious damage to your floor that cannot be fixed without being replaced. You can typically disperse the weight of heavy static loads be using a minimum 1/2" plywood board that is cut to size of the base of the load.

After ordering samples and a great deal of research I settled on these tiles for my garage. My floor had never been finished and it was quite stained and very unsightly. These tiles went down so easy and with my table saw the cuts were a breeze. I am so happy I went with these tiles and the floor looks great. I would give it 5 stars but I just put it down and want to see how well it holds up over time. Great product so far!
