To whom it may concern: I'm sending a customer review of Rubber Flooring Inc. regarding the service I received on the subject transaction. About a year ago, I purchased a roll of rubber flooring for a specific application. As it turned out, the product didn't work well with the application, no fault of anyone. She was always so helpful, professional, and pleasant. This past week, Kanar called me and advised that the product I was looking for had appeared and that she had made arrangements for the product to be shipped out. I was so pleasantly surprised. I will keep Rubber Flooring Inc. in mind in any future rubber flooring needs that come along and I'll certainly recommend them to my friends and colleagues. We live in a day and age where customer service is often poorly executed and I believe it has a profound impact on the customer's decision where to make their purchase. In my recent experience, Rubber Flooring's customer service stands out as a leader among most companies and makes it enjoyable dealing with the company.
