Description - Missing the good days when your garage floor looked new and pristine? Well, fret no more with Seal 365 – Super Sealant & Gloss Finish. This sealer is great for bringing back that luster and shine to our soft plastic garage tiles, vinyl, composite, wood, and concrete floors. Applying this is very simple with the use of a synthetic or sponge mop. We recommend applying 2-3 coats to your new or existing floor to preserve or bring back that brand new look in no time.
Color – Clear transparent liquid.
Directions – Detailed instructions are included on the bottle. 1 gallon covers up to 1,000 sq ft.
Size – 1 gallon containers
Weight – Approximately 9 Lbs. per gallon.
Recommended Uses – As a general floor sealer and gloss finish for vinyl, soft plastic pvc tiles, wood, terazzo, and concrete.

  • Seal 365 for use with vinyl flooring, wood, and concrete is easy to use. To ensure proper sealing, it is often recommended to clean your flooring before sealing.
  • Detailed instructions are included on the bottle. Basic instructions are to first clean your floor using Clean 365 or a comparable cleaner. Once the floor is clean, apply a thin coat of Seal 365 and allow to dry.

Will this add stain protection for the flexible garage tiles?
Since the sealer doesn’t coat around the coin pattern very well it's hard to have 100% coverage. For staining mitigation, the best solution is to buy black tiles for installation in the area where your tires will drive over.

Seal 365 can be used as a general floor sealer and gloss finish for vinyl and soft plastic pvc tiles but we do recommend checking the flooring manufacturer's specific guidelines for cleaning materials as to not void any warranties.
