Return Policy
Once the garage flooring rolls, tiles, and/or mats have been installed, used, and/or cut to fit in an installation, the items are no longer returnable. It is a customer’s responsibility to check all garage flooring products prior to installation. If the garage floor covering is unused and approved by GarageFlooringInc.com to be returned, the customer will incur a 20% restocking fee and will be responsible for return shipping.
Order Cancellations and Changes
We make it our goal at GarageFlooringInc.com to provide the easiest shopping experience and the quickest lead times in the industry. We will do everything we can to help you make any changes to your order. However, many of our garage tile products ship the same or next business day which means that if your order has already shipped, we may not be able to make the desired change without additional fees. All changes and cancellations must be done via phone.
