Garage Flooring Tile Products
Garage Flooring, Inc.’s garage Flexi-tiles are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year following the date of purchase. Our durable interlocking garage tiles for use on garage floors also come with a 25 year wear warranty from the date of delivery. If the garage floor tiles have worn completely through the wear layer and the flooring has been maintained properly and was originally installed correctly, Garage Flooring, Inc. will replace the worn out floor tiles at its cost in the affected space or area at a pro-rated discount for the age of the flooring. This warranty does not apply to the following:
- Cuts, tears, burns or damage due to inappropriate use, improper installation, or unfit cleaning agents or methods of maintenance.
- The exact matching of shade and/or color.
- Installation using adhesives other than those recommended.
- Discoloration and or fading of the PVC tiles resulting from heavy direct sunlight exposure.
- Problems caused by excessive moisture in the sub floor. This situation usually is the result of installing tiles on a freshly poured concrete slab that haven’t been fully cured or in low lying flooring areas that are probe to flooding.
- Only black floor tiles are suitable for outdoor use.
- The cost of labor for installing or replacing original or replacement materials.
Order Cancellations and Changes
We will do everything we can to help you with any changes to your order. We send your order directly to the manufacturer to ensure prompt production and delivery of your Rubber Flooring or Mat products. Most orders may be changed within the first 24 - 48 hours for no additional fees; however certain items instantly go into production and may incur a fee to change. Orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours for a minimum 10% transaction fee. All changes and cancellations must be done via phone.
All custom cut entrance mats, antifatigue mats, and kitchen mat products are custom cut and therefor not returnable or cancellable once they have been manufactured.
Shipping Disclaimer
At GarageFlooringInc.com, all orders will be shipped using common freight carriers or smaller package carriers like DHL, Fed Ex or UPS at our discretion. On larger orders, the freight companies who will be delivering your goods only deliver during normal business hours. As such, to make it as convenient for our customers as possible, we have made all 24 hour call notices of delivery free of charge. As an additional convenience, we have also made lift gate delivery service free of charge. The reason we have elected to offer this convenience is that the garage flooring products when ordered in larger quantities can be heavy and is often shipped on a pallet for larger commercial sized orders.
It is not the delivery driver’s responsibility to unload the flooring for you. If the flooring cannot be delivered due to the customer’s inability to unload the garage flooring on larger commercial orders or if the customer is not available to unload the garage flooring when it arrives and the flooring has to be scheduled for redelivery, the customer will be charged a redelivery fee. If the customer would like to have an inside delivery scheduled, that is available as well for an extra fee. Please contact GarageFlooringInc.com for an inside delivery quote if you would like this service. Note: Inside delivery only guarantees that the flooring is delivered inside of the first door.
Upon receipt of material, it is also the customer’s responsibility to note any damage that may have been incurred during shipping on the bill of receipt and to get the delivery driver to sign and acknowledge the damage on the bill of receipt as well. A copy of the signed bill of receipt must then be sent to GarageFlooringInc.com so that we are able to file a formal shipping complaint with the trucking company.

At Garage Flooring, Inc. your privacy is extremely important to us. Any information shared with GarageFlooringInc.com will only be shared with those needed to process, produce, and ship your order. We will never share your information with anyone else for any reason.

In general, you can visit GarageFlooringInc.com without telling us who you are and without revealing any information about yourself. However when you place an order you will provide us with your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address. This information will be retained in our database along with your order. If you pay with a credit card your card number is deleted from our secure database once your order has been processed.

Due to human error and other determinates we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our website is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, GarageFlooringInc.com shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information.
