Warranty
GarageFlooringInc.com garage floor products carry different warranty coverage’s depending on the type of garage flooring used:
Grid-Loc Garage Tiles warrant that the materials Supplied shall be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 15 years from the date of installation. This warranty is expressly limited to polypropylene garage tiles supplied by GarageFlooringInc.com. This warranty does not cover damage caused by fire, winds, flood, moisture, or chemicals not commonly used in garages. Nor does this warranty cover damage caused by ordinary wear, misuse, abuse, neglect, faulty subfloor construction or surface preparation or unprofessional installation.
Flex Tiles Garage Floor Tiles are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of one year following the date of purchase. Our durable interlocking garage tiles for use on garage floors also come with a 25 year wear warranty from the date of delivery. If the garage floor tiles have worn completely through the wear layer and the flooring has been maintained properly and was originally installed correctly, Garage Flooring, Inc. will replace the worn out floor tiles at its cost in the affected space or area at a pro-rated discount for the age of the flooring. This warranty does not apply to the following:
- Cuts, tears, burns or damage due to inappropriate use, improper installation, or unfit cleaning agents or methods of maintenance.
- The exact matching of shade and/or color.
- Installation using adhesives other than those recommended.
- Discoloration and or fading of the PVC tiles resulting from heavy direct sunlight exposure.
- Problems caused by excessive moisture in the sub floor. This situation usually is the result of installing tiles on a freshly poured concrete slab that haven’t been fully cured or in low lying flooring areas that are probe to flooding.
- Only black floor tiles are suitable for outdoor use.
- The cost of labor for installing or replacing original or replacement materials.
GarageFlooringInc.com rolled vinyl garage flooring is guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of five years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to any abuse, misuse, neglect, or alteration of any type. In addition, Garage Flooring, Inc. is not responsible for defects resulting from improper installation or use beyond design capability. This warranty also does not cover surface stains, burns, cuts, tears, scratches, indented damage from rolling loads, damage or discoloration from adhesives or floor care products not recommended by Garage Flooring, Inc. This warranty also does not cover fading due to direct sunlight, excessive moisture, or damage due to alkaline and acidic compounds. This and all warranties at Garage Flooring, Inc. are non-transferable and all warranty claims notify Garage Flooring, Inc. of any possible manufacturing defect within 60 days of purchase.
Inspect your shipment before Use
It is the receiver’s duty to inspect the visible portions of the product at the time of delivery and upon opening any and all packages containing the order. If damage is found upon receipt from carrier, please contact GarageFlooringInc.com immediately to notify our customer support team of the issue before any installation or use of the product takes place. Once a product is cut to fit, used, glued or taped down, damage will be assumed to have been caused during the installation process and therefore, we cannot provide replacements to you free of charge. You will be responsible for any replacement costs.
If a product is unused and found to be damaged upon delivery, our customer support team will typically request that you take some pictures of the damaged product and email the pictures to our team at contact@garageflooringinc.com. Upon receipt of the pictures, our team will then work out a plan of action with the customer to fix the problem as soon as possible.
All orders will be shipped using common carrier freight or small package carriers like Fed Ex or UPS at our discretion. The trucking companies who will be delivering your goods only deliver during normal business hours. To make it as convenient for our customers as possible, we have made all 24 hour call notices fees, lift gates delivery fees, and residential delivery fees free of charge if the order is large enough to require an LTL freight carrier.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is only available in the contiguous 48 states. For shipping outside the contiguous 48 states, please contact GarageFlooringInc.com for a shipping quote that will be added to the order in question.
