About as easy as it gets. I rated it 4 stars only because i don't know how it will perform long term. I installed all the full tile in a 20 x 20 garage in about 2.5 hours including using rubber underlayment. If you do a pattern make sure you center it in the garage. My garage turned out to be 10″ out of square and if I had just started at the left side of the garage, as the installation video recommends, my pattern would have looked offset and really cockeyed. This created many triangle shaped cuts at the walls which took extra time but the cuts were easy. I clamped the tile to a bench and used a small circular saw. You'll need to file or sand the cut edge to remove burs. All complete it took me about 6 hours. Turned out awesome! The neighbor says my garage looks like something out of a magazine.
