4' x 6' Premium Rubber Mats Reviews

Using a recommendation from your company, I connected four of the 4x6 Premium Mats to have a 8x12 area. My location is in an enclosed garage with a concrete floor. Not having to work out on bare concrete has helped ease the stress on my knees. After my exercise session, the car is brought in with no impact to the mat.

I ordered these mats for my son’s bedroom. He has horrible dust mite allergies and we cannot have carpet in his room. We installed it ourselves in a day and now Dean’s room is the envy of all his friends.

When looking for a rubber mat to put underneath my new incline trainer, I wanted something that would still look great in my home while providing protection for our hardwood floors. This product is the best! It is the perfect size and thickness and the color fleck looks great with the room (since it had to go in our front room). I highly recommend.

Outstanding Mats. I ordered 4 for our new home gym, although the gym is carpeted we used the mats under equipment and it really looks good. The mats are heavy and so durable. Yes, they do have a strong rubber smell, but now about a month later most of the smell is gone. I highly recommend these mats.

I ordered three 4’X 6’ rubber mats for my basement gym and within the same week they arrived. I simply cleared the area, unroll the mats and the installation was complete. It’s been about a month since the installation and my wife and I, and our trainer, are extremely satisfied! The rubber odor remains but is minimal and only really noticeable when I do floor exercises. It’s a great product at a reasonable price!

I wanted flooring to cover the aerobic area in my home gym. These two combined, giving me an 8 X 12 working area fit perfectly. Yes there is a smell, yes it'll take a while to completely go away but, it is RUBBER right? Now we can run and jump and bounce all we want without undo jarring to our limbs. And, the golden flecks go perfectly with my carpet in there. Totally satisfied.

First the good... Simple install, feels great under the feet, extremely attractive and cleans very easily. Now the bad... the odor is so pungent that it is not unlike being in a room with a smoker. In other words, these will have you and your clothing reeking of rubber to the extent that you will have to take a shower EVEN IF YOU DID NOTHING BUT SPEND 5 MINUTES IN THE ROOM WITH THESE MATS. Having said that, I did just receive them and perhaps the smell will die down over time. I really hope so because I cannot imagine having to deal with this stench, which cannot possibly be healthy, over the winter when the windows need to be kept down because of the cold weather. If I had known about this prior to ordering, I absolutely would have gone with something else.

These mats are perfect for a home gym! Instead of squatting on concrete, these mats are better on my knees.

I use this mat to do Insanity workouts, it has great shock absorption for the jumps. Very sturdy mat, no odor.

I wish I had paid attention to the weight of this floor mat. Its a great size, its great quality but its very heavy. I didn't realize you could get the kind of floor that is in connectable pieces which now I wish I had done because there's no way on earth I could ever carry this to return it. To slide it around to move is okay, but rolling it and storing it isn't going to happen. My apartment is small, so I just bought a rug to cover it so I don't have to move it all the time. I'm sure the weight won't be an issue for some people, but it is for me. Otherwise, everything else about the mat is fantastic.

I received the mats in good order. I then placed them in a spare bedroom that we made into a gym. The odor that these mats emit was overwhelming. I had hoped the odor would dissipate over time and much to my disappointment the odor does not go away. Consequently the mats have been removed from the room and are now stored in my garage.

I really like these mats. I purchased two of them since I don't have a whole lot of space. They lie flat, butt up to each other perfectly. Easy to clean.

I used these premium mats in the places that I would be setting weights down on the ground and soft rubber in the walkways and other areas for sit ups ect ... the products worked well together and I am happy with the project.

This is by far the best rubber mat for any gym flooring, either to place under equipment or to workout on with equipment like dumbells. It protects both the floor and your equipment from damage. At 3/8” thick it’s plenty thick enough for protection and heavy enough that it won’t slide around. The perfect workout matting!

I RATE YOUR PREMIUM 4’ x 6’ MAT 5 STARS! I am using the 4’ by 6’ Premium Mat in the well deck of my 22’ sport fishing boat! The mat fits great and provides optimum cover for the area! I was worried it might get slick when wet and that is not the case…it doesn’t get slick at all! I fish and pull crab/shrimp pots regularly from my boat and this mat is super. It is great to work on, anti-fatigue and non slip, all while protecting the bottom of the boat! Clean up is a snap with a fresh water rinse and small amount of dish soap. good stuff for deadlifting or squatting

The 4x6 mats were absolutely perfect. They came quickly and stayed flat after just a day or so . Placed some dumbbells on the corners to hasten the process . I saw some complaints about the smell but my wife and I didn’t find it to be overwhelming at all. Overall I am very pleased with the product and delivery.

I had hurt my back doing workouts on a tile floor so I was ready for something more supportive. This mat has been perfect for jumping and plyo moves. Would definitely buy again.

We bought the mat to protect our carpet during workouts of T25. The mat is very durable, it's thick enough to provide a comfortable and stable work area, but it is super heavy. We ended up moving the mat to a spare bedroom and rearranged the room to allow more space for workouts. I believe the mat weighs close to 50 pounds. It doesn't stain the carpet or move around. Very nice product and would highly recommend for anyone looking to protect the floor in their workout area!

Great durable product, i have dropped weights on the rubber matt with hardwood floor underneath and it asorbed the impact. Rubber smell disappeared after a week.
