How is it to remove?

These tiles come with a full adhesive pressure sensitive backing and can actually be removed easily if necessary. Simply start by pulling up one corner of the tile and slowly lift off of your floor, pulling diagonally across the tile.
Do you think it could make damages on the hardwood floor if I remove after a year use? And also are they reusable?

While these tiles are not likely to cause any significant damage to a wood subfloor, there is some risk when applying chemical adhesive to wood flooring. To guarantee against damage, you could use an underlayment between the tiles and subfloor. The tiles themselves should be reusable but may need new adhesive such as carpet tabs for secondary installations.
